We’re looking for someone who’s highly organised, creative, and full of enthusiasm — ready to bring learning to life through practical, engaging lessons that inspire students to achieve their best.

In this role, you’ll:

• Plan and deliver hands-on, innovative plumbing lessons that get students thinking — and doing

• Track, assess, and support student progress, planning interventions to help every learner succeed

• Share your industry expertise and real-world experience to prepare learners for work in the trade

• Model professionalism and high standards in the workshop and classroom

• Teach across Level 1 to Level 3 Plumbing courses, motivating learners of all abilities to reach their goals

We’re open to both experienced lecturers and skilled plumbers looking for a new challenge. If you’ve ever trained apprentices, mentored colleagues, or shared your knowledge on site, you already have what it takes. And if you’ve never taught before — don’t worry! You’ll get full support and professional training, including digital skills coaching and teaching qualifications.

Please note that there are two salary scale points for our Lecturer positions. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Lecturers will normally move up to the highest salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete. (Lecturers must be in post by 1^st September in any given year to qualify and this is subject to approval). Therefore, internal applicants in the same role may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification
