We are looking for dedicated individuals that are committed to empowering our students to achieve their ambitions through an inspirational education experience. Canterbury College

One of my favourite parts of working as a lecturer is seeing the real positive impacts I make on the students I teach. Getting to help them develop their skillsets and achieve their ambitions is immensely rewarding from my perspective. However, there are other amazing rewards such as the great holiday allowance, generous pension package and fantastic opportunities to develop and progress. Working within a Group gives staff the scope to move around should they wish, and although I haven’t taken this opportunity others have. I love getting to get up every day, knowing that I’m going to help craft the next generation of design talent and it’s great to do that in a growing, successful further education Group!
