About You

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching and support to learners within our sensory, pre-entry and Entry Level 1 programmes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.

  • Experience of working within a SEND provision (essential requirement).

  • Proven ability to assess and track student progress, using outcomes to plan effective interventions and ensure every learner succeeds.

  • A positive outlook, empathy towards learners, and confident classroom management skills.

  • A genuine passion for supporting learners to build confidence, achieve their goals and progress successfully.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous teaching or workplace training experience – full training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Please note that there are two salary scale points for our Lecturer positions. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Lecturers will normally move up to the highest salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete. (Lecturers must be in post by 1st September in any given year to qualify and this is subject to approval). Therefore, internal applicants in the same role may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification
