About You

We are looking for a naturally curious and analytical individual who can turn complex data into meaningful business insight that drives informed decision-making across EKC Group.

You will be confident working with data, systems and stakeholders, using evidence to identify opportunities, influence change and support continuous improvement.

You will be able to:

  • Analyse and interpret complex data, presenting clear and actionable insights to a range of audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting the value of data-led decision-making.
  • Influence improvements in data quality, reporting processes and ways of working.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and risks, using insight to support strategic planning and employer engagement.
  • Balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, delivering high-quality outputs with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement and a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

You will bring initiative, integrity and a collaborative approach, with the ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
