EKC Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Digital Support Services Team Leader to play a key role in shaping and supporting our digital infrastructure.

 This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking ICT professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality digital services and leading continuous improvement across a dynamic educational environment.

In this position you will:

  • oversee the day-to-day maintenance and performance of the Group’s ICT services
  •  ensure reliable and effective technology support across the organisation.
  • Working closely with the Group Head and Director,
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of EKC Group’s ICT strategy, helping to drive innovation, enhance digital services, and support the achievement of our wider organisational goals.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our fast growing Broadstairs campus. You will assist with technology projects across the EKC Group, supporting with new and replacement IT equipment. You'll combine your exceptional customer service with your technical expertise helping staff stay connected and supported. 

 What will you be doing?

  • Acting as the incident lead for major tickets
  • Line Managing a team
  • Assisting with project management of new IT requirements across the EKC Group
  • Acting as the initial escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support issues
  • Assisting triaging tickets in the ITSM system when required
  • Assisting in staff device replacement across the Group
