About The Role

Where Expert Organisation drives Executive Success - Join us as Executive Support Officer
 
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Officer to join EKC Group.

You will be working in a small team of Executive Support Officers to provide high level support to the Executive team.
 
This includes comprehensive diary management, ensuring time is structured and organised to meet the priorities of the Executive team, arranging internal and external meetings and minuting a series of committee meetings.
 
You will be responsible for the preparation, collation and distribution of agendas and meeting papers for a range of Group committee meetings, attending as minute secretary, preparing comprehensive minutes in a timely manner.  A degree of flexibility is required to attend meetings at our colleges within East Kent when required.
 
Hours per week: 20
Salary per year: £16,275

About You

You willl be highly organised and have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with senior members of the organisation and external stakeholders.

You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages and experienced in organising complex diaries and arranging multiple meetings. 
 
Excellent grammar and communication skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment is vital.  You will be capable of minuting formal meetings and proactively taking forward actions through to conclusion.

You are a team player who will is flexible and adaptable to work at any of the six colleges when required. 

Maths and English GCSE grade 4 or above along with 3 A-Levels or equivalent in a relevant qualification are desirable
