About The Role

Are you ready to support the team driving apprenticeships and skills? 

EKC Training are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team.

This role sits within the team responsible for overseeing the organisation’s apprenticeship provision and employer training activity, helping to ensure the smooth running of leadership operations that support apprentices, employers and skills development across the region.

You will provide a professional, efficient and confidential administrative service to the Senior Leadership lead, playing a key role in keeping priorities on track and ensuring leadership activity runs smoothly.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership lead

  • Manage busy diaries, meetings and schedules

  • Prepare agendas, reports and presentations for leadership meetings

  • Take minutes and track actions to ensure progress on key priorities

  • Act as a professional point of contact for colleagues and external partners

  • Support the coordination of apprenticeship and training activity across the team

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation

Hours per week: 30

Salary per year: £20,927

About You

We are seeking to appoint a motivated and highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, who can provide effective support to Senior Colleagues in managing their schedules, priorities and work plans. You will play an important role in ensuring that diaries, meetings and key activities are well coordinated, enabling senior leaders to focus on delivering their objectives.

You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and be confident liaising with colleagues, partners and stakeholders in a professional and approachable manner. You will be able to manage a varied administrative workload, prioritising tasks effectively to ensure work is completed accurately and within required timescales.

A courteous, proactive and discreet approach is essential, as the role involves handling sensitive information and providing a confidential service to the highest standard.
