About The Role

Lead our dedicated housekeeping team at Sheppey College and help create a clean, welcoming environment for our community. 

As a member of the housekeeping team, you will:

  • Maintain consistently high cleaning standards across all areas.

  • Ensure all COSHH regulations and training guidelines are followed at all times.

  • Plan and coordinate deep cleaning schedules during holiday periods.

  • Supervise a small team of staff, including conducting monthly 1-to-1 meetings and progress reviews.

  • Authorise annual leave requests and support the induction and training of new team members.

Key details: 
Hours per week: 15
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday -  5.30am to 8.30am
Salary: £11,598 
Hourly rate: £12.60
