About The Role

Inclusive Learning (SEND) Tutor – EKC Sheppey College

Are you driven to break down barriers and help every student thrive? Join our passionate team and support learners to reach their full potential across all curriculum areas.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support

  • Design and deliver engaging, focused learning tasks

  • Create and evaluate support programmes to boost progress

  • Collaborate with curriculum teams to embed inclusive strategies

  • Contribute to staff training to promote inclusive best practice

  • Support EHCP consultations and annual reviews

  • Work with learners from Level 1 to Level 3, across varied subject areas

Note: this role is for 15 hours per week with a salary of £13,283 pro rata per annum
