Your Role

As Head of Margate Digital, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Management: Overseeing campus operations, ensuring high standards, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Academic Excellence: Maintaining the quality of program provision, championing outstanding teaching, and driving student success.
Financial Stewardship: Managing the campus budget effectively and ensuring the smooth operation of the estate and buildings.
Industry & Community Engagement: Liaising with partners to strengthen connections within the creative sector.

Your Mission

As Head of Margate Digital, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding education, ensuring students not only achieve but thrive in a dynamic, creative learning environment. Your role will include:

Championing Excellence – Ensuring curriculum delivery is of the highest standard and fostering a supportive atmosphere where learners succeed.
Inspiring Leadership – Bringing a passion for driving up standards, a can-do attitude, and an ability to motivate and empower your team.
Industry Expertise – Staying ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, helping shape education that prepares learners for real-world success.
Strategic Vision – Combining commitment to excellence with a strong focus on delivery and strategic planning to keep Margate Digital ahead of the game.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you will need:

A degree-level qualification and a recognised teaching qualification (DET/PGCE/CertEd).
Proven teaching experience at a good or outstanding level with expertise in curriculum planning and development.
A track record in managing and leading professional teams, driving results, and cultivating an environment where both staff and students flourish.
