About The Role

Help our Managers find their perfect candidates. Join us as Resourcing Officer

As a Resourcing Officer, you will play a key role in attracting talented people to join the EKC Group and delivering an excellent recruitment experience from application through to onboarding. Working closely with recruiting managers, you will help ensure our recruitment processes are professional, efficient and fully compliant.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • Coordinating interviews, shortlisting and candidate communications
  • Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment materials
  • Supporting onboarding and pre-employment checks
  • Promoting fair, inclusive and safer recruitment practices
  • Supporting recruitment projects and service improvements

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring previous recruitment experience, ideally gained in-house, alongside a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will be a positive and proactive team player who is solution-focused, adaptable to change, and confident using social media platforms and a variety of systems and databases.

You will have strong communication skills and understand the value of delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the recruitment journey. Curious by nature, you enjoy building networks, creating relationships and finding creative solutions where others see challenges. You will also be innovative, tech-savvy and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly embrace our values, culture and collaborative way of working.
