As a College Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering effective and efficient administrative support as part of our busy College Support Services team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the processing of student enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries using corporate data systems
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Service Help Desk
  • Reviewing and monitoring logged jobs and liaising with the appropriate support teams
  • Coordinating pool vehicle bookings and helping ensure services run smoothly
  • Contributing to a professional, organised, and student-focused college environment

About You

We are seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant to our team. At the heart of the College, the team are based in an open office so you will need to have the ability to focus on tasks alongside answering calls and dealing with queries. Your duties will be varied and will involve working with staff, students and outside stakeholders, excellent customer service is therefore essential.

The team are responsible for all incoming curriculum applications for the following academic year and current short courses. There will also be various processes within the college that you will be involved in including, the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records and exams. Experience of working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential.
