About The Role

EKC Group are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team at their Broadstairs Campus.
 
Here are just some of the things you will do:
 
  • Process supplier invoices including matching to purchase orders
  • Liaising with both suppliers and internal customers
  • Resolving queries internal and external
  • Processing of online orders and supplier statement reconciliations.
You will have good organisational, administrative and communication skills and have previous experience of working in a busy Finance Team.

About You

We are seeking to appoint an individual to our team who has good organisational, administrative and communication skills.

The successful candidate will understand the purchase ledger process, including the processing and matching of invoices to purchase orders and be able to prioritise workload in accordance with changing needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous working experience in a busy team in a purchase ledger role and experience of using  computerised accounting systems.
