About The Role

Supporting College leadership with precision and professionalism - Join us as Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team
 
EKC Ashford College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the College, supporting the Principal and Assistant Principal to ensure their time, priorities and communications are managed effectively, professionally and with absolute discretion.

In this key role, you will:

  • Provide high-level, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal and Assistant Principal

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring priorities are handled efficiently

  • Prepare reports, agendas, minutes and briefing papers for senior meetings and key stakeholders

  • Act as a professional first point of contact, liaising with internal teams, governors and external partners

  • Coordinate activities and deadlines to support strategic objectives and ensure smooth senior leadership operations

  • Maintain accurate records and systems, ensuring information is accessible, secure and up to date

 
Contract to: 30 April 2027
