About The Role

Where Administrative Excellence Powers Operational Success - Join us as an Operations Assistant 
 
 As an Operations Assistant within EKC Training, you will be a key part of the Operations Team, helping to deliver an efficient, responsive and high-quality service across the College. You will work closely with the Operations Team Leader and Operations Manager, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring systems and processes run seamlessly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient administrative and operational support to the Operations Team

  • Responding to telephone calls, emails and enquiries from learners, employers and College staff

  • Using relevant software systems to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and data

  • Supporting day-to-day operational processes to ensure a smooth and effective service

  • Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer service

About You

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient professional to join our team, supporting vital funding and administrative processes within a dynamic Further Education environment.

You will:

  • Bring recent experience from an FE college or private training provider, ideally in an administrative or funding-related role

  • Have experience administering complex provision, such as apprenticeships

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence

  • Work collaboratively to ensure funding and learner records are accurate, compliant and up to date
