About The Role

Support the Spaces which Enable Success - Join us as Estates Team Leader
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Team Leader to join our Broadstairs College.
 
As Estates Team Leader, you will be responsible for the maintenance of buildings and grounds, along with undertaking and overseeing minor internal and external building works.
 
What are some of the responsibilities?
 
  • Opening and securing college building
  • Setting and monitoring fire and intruder alarm systems
  • Managing and supervising contractors and routine maintenance
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the college and college grounds
  • Upholding strong Health and Safety standards
  • Stock control and ordering of supplies

About You

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic member to join our team. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to tasks and shift patterns. You will have strong organisational skills and be responsible for leading a team of 4 staff. You will also have the ability to advise apply Health and Safety regulations across the college.
