The East Kent Colleges Group is home to three fantastic nurseries supporting students, staff, and our wider community across Broadstairs, Canterbury, and Folkestone College campuses.

About You

We’re looking for hardworking, experienced Level 3 Practitioners with the skills and passion to deliver high-quality care, support children’s learning, and make a real difference.

You will need:

  • Experience working in a nursery setting and strong understanding of the EYFS

  • Confidence in taking on a key person role and working in partnership with parents/carers

  • Knowledge of child development, children’s needs, and relevant health & safety requirements

  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with children, families, and colleagues at all levels

  • A commitment to inclusive practice, equality, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment

  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as required
