Teach Your Trade - Expression of Interest

Now is the time to think about using your industry knowledge to teach.

Whether you would like to teach full time or simply share your knowledge for a couple of hours, we want to hear from you! We're open to speak about part-time, full-time, voluntary, casual or sessional work.

We support staff who are new to teaching with:

• Bespoke sessions with experienced coaches (Teaching and Learning Innovators)
• Our own internal Teaching Academy
• Funded Level 3 and 5 teaching qualifications 
• Mentoring and one-to-ones 
• In person Induction

The EKC Group is one of the largest further education providers in the South East, with more than 1,600 staff delivering education to 13,000 students. We have colleges in Ashford, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone and Sheppey, alongside several other business units, including training centres.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and we ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities for upholding these principles. We will complete background checks, which include conviction/caution self-declaration, Enhanced DBS check and obtaining sufficient referencing.
