Your Key Responsibilities will be:
  • Tailored Support: Assess students’ needs, deliver 1:1 and small group sessions, and implement strategies that promote progression and independence.

  • Collaboration and Training: Work with curriculum teams and SEND Officers, organizing transition activities and training staff to embed inclusive practices.

  • Compliance and Guidance: Ensure statutory responsibilities (EHCPs, audit requirements) are met, while advising educators on best practices.

  • Continuous Development: Stay ahead with CPD, providing specialist training and integrating assistive technologies into learning.
