About The Role

EKC Group are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team at Ashford College to join the Group. The post holder will provide an effective, efficient and confidential administrative service to the Senior Leadership lead as well as supporting functions of administration for central curriculum activities. You will also be responsible for a central administration team of staff to support you leading this area of support.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual who has excellent attention to detail and is able to fully support Senior Colleagues, utilise their schedules and work plans and communications with our external partners and stakeholders.
 
This individual requires exceptional customer service skills, able to manage administrative duties in a timely manner, and a courteous and confidential service to the highest standard.
