**Please note that this vacancy requires the successful candidate to work 25 hours per week, 38 weeks during term time and the salary will be £11,742 pro rata per annum

A holiday payment of £1,584 will be paid equally in your twelve monthly salary payments in addition to the pro rata salary above**

As a Learning Support Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with diverse and high-level needs. Whether it’s working with individuals who have visual or hearing impairments, global developmental delay, or language and communication difficulties, your dedication will help them overcome challenges and achieve success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with small groups and individual students during lectures to provide tailored support.
  • Help students with needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Global Learning Delay, Language & Communication challenges, and sensory or physical disabilities.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and, where necessary, specific medical or feeding needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Passion for working with students with complex needs.
  • Experience with any of the above areas is a bonus, but don’t worry—full training will be provided!
