We will consider hours up-to 18.5 per week which can be condensed and considered within Monday to Friday (within 8:30am-5.00pm).
For 18.5 hours per week, the salary is pro rata at £22,999 per annum.

You’ll support students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and personalised learning pathways, helping them navigate a diverse range of challenges from learning difficulties to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. From pre-entry levels to vocational courses at Level 3, you'll work with students aged 16 and over—each with unique stories, goals, and potential.

The role will involve:
- carrying out assessments
- delivering therapy
- supervising support staff who deliver language and communication programmes
- offering staff training
- contributing to the EHCP process
- working with staff to support them to differentiate teaching and support

This is a Group role and will require visits to all our colleges across South East Kent, with a base of one of our colleges.
